Why a CIO Cookbook?

We all need a “reference framework” as a direction, to build exceptional life-changing experiences; at least as a premise to provoke thoughts. You can build your inferences from my perspectives – as an inspiration, as a knowledge kick starter or as a modifiable business playbook.
As a:
-
Technologist: You can use certain dimensions of the cookbook to appreciate the leading thoughts and some directional insights
-
Leader: There are multiple points of view to include but not limited to: What it takes to excel with People & Culture aspects of your job, to appreciate CEO & the board interactions, and a point of view on Macroeconomic & Financial aspects

-
Early in Career Talent: You will see many ingredients of a CIO function, their interdependencies, and intricacies. It will build curiosity to look for more

Also, if you have been around this block similarly, I welcome inputs, encouragement and any ideas to introspect more.

So, why call it a CIO Cookbook? My talented "Creative and Thought Leadership" team contemplated different names: CIO's Kitchen Sink, The CIO Cookbook, or a CIO Collective. We settled on calling it "The CIO Cookbook".

To end on a lighter note, I aspire to help create exemplary experiences and outcomes by leveraging such a cookbook, so that it will dissuade from the cooking of any books!
I wish you a happy exploration. Click here to access the CIO's Cookbook.

Sincerely
